Courtney's version: Frank and I met on Hinge. At this point in my online dating time, I felt as though maybe this wasn't the right place to find "the one," and I was ready to give up. As I'm swiping through, I found Frank, and he had one prompt that said, "These questions suck," and all it took was one word from me: "Agreed." Now, it's not your typical love story, but the rest was history after this short and sweet conversation. Frank asked me out, and while I almost didn't show up because, HELLO, meeting with a stranger before making sure I wasn't being catfished (sorry Mom)! I have to say, I'm glad I decided to go on the date after all, and we've been inseparable ever since. You know when they say, you'll know when you find the one...well, I knew pretty clearly after our second date. Frank surprises me with a trip to Italy, and I am so excited like he is a dream...am I right?!

On the day of the proposal, it started as a pretty rough morning for me. I knew we were getting photos taken and I wanted to look perfect, but perfect was going to be hard to achieve that day. It was pouring rain outside, the steamer caught on fire causing the breaker in the room to trip and well, my hair just wasn't doing its thing that day, but leave it to Frank to always make me feel better and bring back my inner calmness. He made the rest of the day feel like a breeze and at the end of the photoshoot, proposed to me in front of the Colosseum. He is truly the answer to my prayers and I thank God every day for sending Frank to me, and clearly, He knew what He was doing.

Frank's version: Our story was unexpected, to say the least. On our first date, funny enough, she almost stood me up and drove away, but by some miracle, she showed up. After our date, I just knew something was different about her while driving back home, and she had my attention for sure. We continued to talk for the next few weeks and became official a few months after, and I just knew she was the one. When you know, you know, right?. So, I started to plan the surprise engagement. We were already going on vacation in Italy, but little did she know what I was planning behind the scenes. During our stay in Italy, Courtney wanted to get some pictures done, so I was like, Perfect. So, during our photo shoot, like James Bond, I chatted with the photographer about some different poses I could do, but I was really telling him I was about to get down on one knee and if he could just play along. It went perfectly. I proposed to the one in front of the Colosseum in Rome, and it was the happiest moment of my life.

Attire
